The 27th annual Wisconsin Area Music Industry (WAMI) Awards Show was held Monday night at the Northern Lights Theater at Milwaukee’s Potawatomi Bingo and Casino. The winners, in 35 categories -- including musicianship, recordings and industry-related technical areas -- hail from throughout Wisconsin. WAMI membership nominates potential honorees, which are then voted on by the general public.
