At one time, many people in the United States thought yoga was reserved for hippies and the elderly. For the past decade or so, the modality has become increasingly popular with people of all ages and lifestyles.

Yoga is an overall term for the ancient Indian physical practice that seeks to achieve harmony between the body, mind and spirit, but it continues to trend and evolve, offering more ways to improve strength and stamina.

It's not a stretch (ahem) to say that Milwaukee has a plethora of cozy, calm and contemporary yoga studios. Here are five located at different places in the city for the utmost convenience. Here's to a healthy 2025!
