In a release sent today, Marquette University announced it had hired Bill Scholl as Marquette University's next vice president and director of athletics. Scholl has more than two decades of athletics administration experience and oversaw 19 NCAA Division I athletic programs at Ball State University. He will begin at Marquette in mid-October.
