Aparium Hotel Group and its principals Mario Tricoci, Kevin Robinson and Milwaukee's Tim Dixon, today announced plans to redevelop the historic Detroit Fire Department Headquarters into a 100-room upscale independent hotel called The Foundation Hotel.
