Last month, Jeffrey Clark opened his third venture, JC's Parkside Pub & Grill at 4671 S. Lake Dr. in Cudahy. He also owns JC's Blue Collar Pub, also in Cudahy, and JC's Pub & Grub located in the former Painted Parrot building in West Allis.
