Ian's Pizza By the Slice, 2035 E. North Ave., has applied for a Class C Wine Retailer's License. The Madison-based Ian's opened its first Milwaukee location at the end of 2009 and opened a second eatery at 146 E. Juneau Ave. in 2012.
