Art therapy leads to friendship and a book deal
Originally, Jeanette Lesada was assigned to work with Matthew Lancelle through her job at the Wisconsin Early Autism Program (WEAP). However, when Lesada's position was cut due to a funding shortage, Lesada knew they had a special relationship with Lancelle and decided to continue working with him as a volunteer. The two wrote a book in 2006 and are working on a new project.
