Every time I step inside the Hilton Milwaukee hotel, 509 W. Wisconsin Ave., I'm reminded again just how beautiful an example of Art Deco it is. As it shrinks its footprint by closing a modern addition, the Holabird & Roche beauty is getting a makeover.
