We all know Jake's Waukesha County steakhouse, now in its 51st year, as one of the area's legacy restaurants. Owners Jake and Karen Replogle opened an upscale taqueria, Haute Taco, in Brookfield three years ago, and now they are about to dispatch a fleet of taco trucks into southeastern Wisconsin.
