We could expend a lot of calories detailing all of the achievements of Chicago-based Chef Rick Tramonto, who visits Milwaukee next month for the Lombardi Food and Wine Experience to benefit cancer research and patient care in Southeast Wisconsin. But let's just say for now that he's got his sights set on Milwaukee beyond this one event.
