Football stars John Kuhn and Ron Dayne will be on hand as Dick’s Sporting Goods celebrates its grand opening this weekend at the Mayfair Collection,  11500 W. Burleigh St., in Wauwatosa.

On Saturday, April 5, Green Bay Packers Hall of Famer Edgar Bennett will make an in-store appearance from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

On Sunday, April 6, University of Wisconsin-Madison alumni and former NFL running back Ron Dayne will make be in the store from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

For both players' appearances, 250 wristbands will be handed out on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning at 9 a.m. Fans are limited to one wristband and one autograph per person.

Special extended store hours will be in effect all weekend. Store opens at 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday and 9 a.m. Sunday.

The new location will be the retailer’s eighth store in the state of Wisconsin and its 562nd nationwide.
