Alice Cooper returned to Milwaukee on Friday night to perform at the BMO Harris Pavilion. The theatrical, energetic extravaganza took place after Mayor Tom Barrett declared Oct. 1 "Alice Cooper Day" in Milwaukee.

In the 1992 cult classic, "Wayne's World," Cooper gives Wayne and Garth a history lesson on Milwaukee, pronouncing it "Mil-A-Wa-Kay" and claiming it's Algonquin for "The Good Land." This phrase has become a part of Milwaukee culture for three decades.
