On Sunday night during the 67th annual GRAMMY awards broadcast, Summerfest teased the next announcement for the 2025 American Family Insurance Amphitheater lineup. We now know that it was one of the night’s many impressive Best New Artist nominees.
Pop singer/songwriter Benson Boone will headline the American Family Insurance Amphitheater on Thursday, July 3rd, as part of the final weekend of this year’s festival. The show announcement comes fresh off of his performance of breakout hit “Beautiful Things” at the GRAMMYs on Sunday.
The show won’t, however, be Boone’s first time at Summerfest or the American Family Insurance Amphitheater. In 2023, he opened for Imagine Dragons on the closing night of that year. In the past year, thanks to “Beautiful Things” and April’s “Fireworks & Rollerblades,” Boone has skyrocketed from opener to headliner. He appeared at Lollapalooza in Chicago last year with a massive crowd, and is likely to receive a similar welcome in Milwaukee this summer.
Fans who are part of the Summerfest Insiders program will receive exclusive access to a presale beginning Thursday, February 6th. Insiders should check their email on Thursday morning for an access code.
General ticket sales open to the public on Friday, February 7th at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased at the Summerfest website or via Ticketmaster and will include same-day admission to the festival grounds.
