Cyndi Lauper is giving fans one last chance to see her live in Milwaukee.
On Tuesday, the pop singer announced the final leg of her "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" Farewell Tour, adding 25 shows across the United States and Canada. The tour kicks off in July and includes an August 3 stop at American Family Insurance Amphitheater. Jake Wesley Rogers will open each night.
Lauper launched her farewell tour in October and has since performed in the United Kingdom and Europe with additional dates in Australia and Japan in April. Special guests like Chaka Khan, Sam Smith and Paramore’s Hayley Williams have joined her on stage already, and considering the date is close to Lollapalooza in Chicago that same time, who knows who could make possibly make an appearance in Milwaukee.
Tickets for the American Family Insurance Amphitheater show go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster. A VIP package and Live Nation presale will be available starting Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. as well.
