Comedian Dave Chappelle will return to Milwaukee this fall, bringing his "It's A Celebration, B!%?#&$!" comedy tour to Fiserv Forum on Tuesday, Oct. 17.
The comedian is no stranger to Milwaukee in recent years, performing four shows at The Pabst Theater (and donating proceeds to the families of the Molson Coors shooting victims) right before the pandemic in March 2020 as well as serving as a rare comedic headliner for the fall-set Summerfest in 2021. The comedian has been no stranger to controversy in recent years as well, due to jokes and comments attacking the trans community in many of his latest Netflix specials, interviews and stand-up appearances.
Chappelle joins a notable Fiserv Forum comedy lineup that currently includes Bill Burr and Bert Kreischer in October and November, respectively.
Tickets for the show will go on sale beginning Thursday, Aug. 31 at 10 a.m. at Fiserv Forum's website. There will also be a local presale on Wednesday, Aug. 30. Also important to note: As with many large-scale live comedy shows today, cell phones, cameras and recording devices will not be allowed at the show, with Yondr pouches used to seal away devices during the performance. As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
