Take a moment to envision a brand new Dream Dance Steak. Stepping through an archway filled with wine bottles, you enter the dining room. Reimagined modern seating awaits, as does a larger bar area that evokes the updated look and feel of a contemporary steakhouse.

In just a few months, that vision will be a reality. With the goal of making the best even better, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino has announced that the award-winning Dream Dance Steak at will undergo a major renovation starting next week.

To accommodate the changes, Dream Dance will close June 9 and re-open in the fall with a brand new moniker (Dream Dance Steakhouse) and an updated menu, which promises to retain the restaurant’s reputation as a go-to for great steaks and seafood.

"We are not going to change when it comes to quality," noted Potawatomi Hotel & Casino Director of Food and Beverage Don Sally, in a statement about the renovation. "We’ll still be offering personalized service, the finest in menu selection and a superb wine list set in an elevated steakhouse environment."
