Fiddleheads Coffee Roasters opened a new location Saturday at Bayshore Town Center. The new Bayshore store was formerly occupied by Caribou Coffee, which closed back in April.

The new Fiddleheads features its signature coffee and specialty drinks, as well as a collection of breakfast options, lunch sandwiches, soups and bakery items. The store also offers a variety of grab-and-go wraps and salads on the menu for those on the run.

Fiddleheads is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. On Sundays, the coffee shop's hours shorten to 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Fiddleheads Coffee Roasters started business back in 1996 with their first cafe in Thiensville. Since then, they've expanded to a total of four locations, including stores in Cedarburg, Mequon and now the latest at Bayshore.
