Summer is almost here! But that doesn't mean that stormy weather's gone away entirely – and for those days and nights, there's streaming and Netflix, which this week revealed which movies and TV shows you're going to want to watch before they melt away from the service like the last Wisconsin snowpile.

Thankfully it's not a deep lineup of devastation – save for those rare "Collateral Beauty" fans, who will have to notice it somewhere else. But there are some significant losses in the bunch, including the delightfully deranged animated western "Rango," the Hitchcockian medical mystery riff "Side Effects" and the "Star Trek"-spoofing comedy favorite "Galaxy Quest." And there's probably a few more quality movies disappearing off the Big Red Streaming Monolith but not listed here by the company because, I don't know, I guess Netflix can get away with it. Anyways: Physical media rules.

But, with no further ado, here are the movies and TV shows bouncing from the Big Red Streaming Monolith next month.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
