Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria announced today that they will open their fourth greater Milwaukee location at 2730 N. Grandview Blvd. in Waukesha on Monday, July 12. Other area locations include Fox Point, Brookfield and Greenfield.

Like the brand’s Whitefish Bay Location, the 1,800-square-foot Waukesha location will offer carryout and delivery service only, with curbside pick-up, no contact delivery and drop-off catering services available.

For 50 years, the family-owned restaurant has prided itself on both its hospitality and popular deep dish pizza, which relies on the quality and flavor of Wisconsin cheese.

“Lou’s pizza contains a flaky buttery crust, an exclusive sausage blend and Wisconsin cheese,” says co-owner Marc Malnati, “In fact, we strive to maintain long term relationships with our vendors and have used the same Wisconsin dairy farm for nearly 50 years to source our delicious mozzarella cheese. Wisconsinites can be proud that we owe our success to our exceptional cheese toppings.”

“We’re excited to bring our authentic deep dish pizza to our Waukesha neighbors,” says co-owner Marc Malnati. “And we’re grateful for the overwhelmingly positive response of customers who tell us they love our food, hospitality, and local family owned and operated approach.”

In addition to serving up their famous deep dish, Lou Malnati’s is also well known for giving back to the local communities they serve, through fundraising and volunteerism. In the Waukesha area, the store has already been actively supporting La Casa De Esperanza. In addition, patrons of the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts will find Lou Malnati’s on-site at the summer Starry Nights event series kick-off this Friday, July 9.

Starting July 12, the hours for Lou Malnati’s Waukesha will be Monday through Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The Waukesha location is still looking to hire approximately 40 employees and is seeking delivery drivers, kitchen crew and phone staff for the new store. The company is currently holding interviews at the restaurant and interested applicants are asked to apply online at loumalnatis.com/careers or by texting “Lous” to 242424.
