Lou Malnati's Pizzeria fans in Oak Creek will soon have access the brand's Chicago style pizzas and pasta dishes.
A new 1700 square foot location is slated to open in mid-summer near Drexel Town Square at 8171 S. Howell Ave., and will offer carryout, curbside pick-up and delivery.
In preparation for the opening, the family-owned pizzeria will be hosting an open interview hiring event on Tuesday, June 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at TownePlace Suites by Marriott, 7980 S. Market St. in Oak Creek. Due to a limited amount of space, interviews will be scheduled for positions including phone staff, delivery drivers and kitchen crew. Anyone who completes an interview will receive a coupon for a free personal pizza. Qualified candidates can apply through Indeed, Snagajob or online at loumalnatis.com/careers. Other local Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria locations include a dine-in restaurant in Brookfield as well as carryout and delivery stores in Fox Point, Greenfield and Waukesha.
