It's time to put your fried chicken-eating pants on.

Mad Chicken, a locally owned concept specializing in chicken tenders, wings and sandwiches, is slated to open its doors to the public at 2045 E. North Ave. on Friday, Jan. 10 at 11 a.m. And you might just want to set aside some time to go.

The East Side restaurant is owned and operated by Mohamed Elkady, Nabil Mutlaq and Ramez Ali, industry veterans who collaborated to expand the reach of the fast casual concept focused on high quality, unprocessed foods including GMO free ingredients, hand-breaded all-natural chicken and housemade sides.

To celebrate their grand opening, Mad Chicken will also be offering half-off of their entire menu on Friday, Jan. 10 and Saturday, Jan. 11 from 11 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. (yes, that means your late night cravings can include chicken, as well).

Beginning Jan. 10, Mad Chicken will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m.
