The Mequon Public Market at Spur 16, 6300 W. Mequon Rd., will officially open its doors to the public on Saturday, June 22 at 11 a.m.
Among the features of the market are several unique outdoor spaces as well as a mezzanine and demonstration kitchen. Market vendors include Anodyne Coffee, Bavette La Boucherie, Beans & Barley, Bowls, Café Corazon, Happy Dough Lucky, Purple Door Ice Cream, Santorini Grill, Screaming Tuna and La Terre, a European-style market specializing in flowers and unique gifts.
Ribbon cutting & concert series
To celebrate their opening, the market will host a ribbon cutting at 6 p.m. on June 22, followed by a performance by singer/songwriter Joseph Huber at 7 p.m. The concert will mark the first of the market’s Dine and Dance Summer Concert Series, which is sponsored by Johnson Financial. Concerts take place at 7 p.m. and are free and open to the public.

The Spur 16 development also includes St. Paul Fish Company, Yama Yoga True North, and Club Pilates, all of which are located in redeveloped historic buildings on the property.
The 14 acre property also includes four unique residential buildings (including townhomes and apartments with a broad range of amenities), two of which are open and nearing full occupancy according to developer Cindy Shaffer. The two remaining buildings are scheduled for completion in August and September.

The Mequon Public Market will be open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. In addition, Anodyne Coffee will open at 6:30 a.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
