Ojibwe Chef and James Beard honoree Bryce Stevenson of Miijim is slated to bring his distinctive approach to Indigenous-inspired cuisine to Milwaukee for a one-night-only pop-up dinner at Odd Duck, 939 S. 2nd St. in Walker's Point.
The dinner – which will feature a collaboration between Chef Stevenson and Odd Duck Executive Chefs Ross Bachhuber and Sam Ek – will take place on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2025 at 6 p.m. and will feature a special seven-course winter menu focused on hunting and preservation techniques.
Tickets for the dinner can be purchased online for $125 per person; wine pairings can be added for an additional $50. Non-alcoholic and specialty cocktails will also be available a la carte. Please note that dietary restrictions/allergies cannot be accommodated for this special meal.
