On Thursday night, Madison-based concert promoter FPC Live posted an Instagram reel teasing an announcement of a second concert coming to Camp Randall Stadium this summer. Today, we now know another name who will play the home of Wisconsin Badgers football in the off-season.

Country superstar Morgan Wallen announced his “I’m The Problem” tour with fellow stars Miranda Lambert and Ella Langley, which will play Camp Randall Stadium on Saturday, June 28th. While Coldplay was the first announced show in 28 years to play the football stadium, this show now precedes that as the first concert to take place at Camp Randall in nearly three decades. The show is part of a 10-city tour, with two-night runs in every city except for Madison.

The June show will be the ninth concert at Camp Randall Stadium, and Coldplay will be the 10th. Only Pink Floyd, Genesis, U2, and The Rolling Stones have played Camp Randall as headliners, and all except Genesis have played there twice. Duke Ellington and his orchestra first played the stadium in 1972.

You can sign up for presale access to tickets today at MorganWallen.com until January 28th, and tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, January 31st at 10 a.m.

A portion of every ticket sold benefits the Morgan Wallen Foundation (MWF) which supports programs for youth with a focus on sports and music.
