Love is in the air – and on your screens this Valentine's Day thanks to the Big Red Streaming Monolith and its latest list of monthly new additions.
Indeed, romance is the word on Netflix next month as the streamer will hook up with a new glitzy rom-com starring Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher ("Your Place or Mine") as well as a check-in on the couples from their romance-seeking reality show "Love is Blind." And for the complete opposite of romance, the Netflix Original serial killer thriller "You" will debut its fourth season as well.
Elsewhere, the streamer will gear up for Oscar season with famous winners ("Lord of the Rings") and infamous almost-winners ("La La Land") – and as for something violently different from the Academy Awards, they'll also get horror movies like "It," "Ouija" and "47 Meters Down: Uncaged." (Hard to believe that last one missed out on screenplay.) Add in some hugely popular book adaptations ("Eat Pray Love," "Julie & Julia"), a charming recent kids movie musical ("Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile"), a duo of action classics (the first two "Bad Boys") and a few more buzzy Netflix Originals (a fresh season of "Outer Banks," a doc on the late great Bill Russell), and you've got a lot to fall in love with in February.
