Summerfest is finally here, which means it's time to loosen up your belt and make room for all the new foods that kick off festival season in Milwaukee.

While Summerfest favorites including the Saz's sampler platter, Robby's roasted corn and Sil’s mini doughnuts will have their place at this year’s music festival, guests also have a number of new vendors, plus a cadre of new foods to check out while filling up on live music!

New vendors

Summerfest will welcome three new vendors for the 2025 season. 

Beats & Eats
Location: Generac Power Stage
This new snack destination will feature a line-up of loaded fries, pickle fries, elote bites and Lumpia City Mac & Cheese Rolls and Apple Crisp Rolls.

Jamba Juice
Location: UScellular Connection Stage
This will be the spot to grab a smoothie,  including options like the Strawberry Surfrider and Mango A Go Go.

Nino's Southern Sides
Location: UScellular Connection Stage
This Shorewood Comfort Food Oasis will serve up offerings like chicken wings, fried chicken, fried pork, fried catfish, collard greens mac & cheese, coleslaw, dressing and fries.

New at the Amp

The American Family Amphitheater has added quite a few new concessions for concert-goers. Among them are a variety of chicken sandwiches, buckets of chicken tenders, walking tacos and plenty of sides including cheese curds, fried pickles and onion rings.  Here's the full list in alpha order!

New this year is the Summerfest Lasso Lounge presented by Kunes Auto & RV Group. There you’ll find numerous new beverages including a Whiskey Sour, a Tennessee Mule, Tennessee Lemonade, a Dirty Shirley, and more.

Select Summerfest bars will also showcase brand new beverages including Leinenkugel's Hazy IPA and Lodge Lime; Blue Moon EXTRA, Simply Spiked Tropical and BOLD Lemonade; Topo Chico Margarita MAX, Happy Thursday Pineapple and Dragonfruit, Zombie, Bahama Mama, and others.
