Late last month, we brought you the news that 41Fork Hospitality had signed a lease on the former Plant No. 4 event space at 219 N. Milwaukee St. in the Historic Third Ward.
Just weeks later, the hospitality company has unveiled the rebranded event space as Pearl & Cade. The space offers two distinctive rooms under one name. Pearl, the larger, main event space, perfect for weddings or large gatherings; and Cade, a flexible space that accommodates intimate events or creative customization for breakout sessions or cocktail receptions.
Pearl features a soft, modern aesthetic with pearl and gold tones and abundant natural light. Meanwhile, Cade is currently a blank canvas, perfect for those seeking a raw, industrial space or complete customization. Design enhancements are in the plan for later this year with updates that will add warmth and color to the aesthetic of the Pearl space.
“Pearl & Cade reflects our vision to bring flexibility and character to Milwaukee’s event scene,” said Kaelyn Cervero, founder of 41Fork Hospitality. “We’re excited to welcome clients into this next chapter and continue building beautiful, intentional experiences in the Third Ward.”
As part of the transition, the team will continue to honor all existing contracts through June 23, 2025. All new bookings will move forward under the Pearl & Cade name and brand standards.
Pearl & Cade is also actively curating a list of preferred vendors and creative partners. Industry professionals interested in collaborating are encouraged to reach out via pearlandcade.com.
