One of the biggest rising acts in comedy is coming to Milwaukee this summer, as "Saturday Night Live" breakout stars Please Don't Destroy will hit the Turner Hall Ballroom stage on Thursday, July 13.
The comedy trio – made up of Ben Marshall, John Higgins and Martin Herlihy – got their start posting fast-paced comedy sketches on YouTube and social media before they got their big break, getting booked to do pre-recorded sketch segments (a la The Lonely Island) for "SNL" in 2021. Since then, the troupe's gone viral multiple times with their cackle-inducing clips such as "Rami Malek Wants a Treat" and "Three Sad Virgins" with Pete Davidson and Taylor Swift.
Tickets for the comedy show will go on sale beginning Friday, May 19 at 10 a.m. at the Pabst Theater Group's website, where you can also find more information and details on the tour stop.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
