Pull out your tank tops and shorts! A tropical breeze has blown into West Allis.

Throughout the winter season (January through March 10), the bar formerly known as Station No. 6 is on winter vacation. In its place, at 6800 W. Becher St., guests can once again experience the return of the escapist tiki-themed venue aptly named Port No. 06.

The immersive pop-up features a transformed (tropical) bar, a brand new tiki-themed cocktail menu featuring 14 original drinks (including refined versions of 2023 favorites like The Yeti, pictured below), plus zero-proof options, boozy slushies and even a few soul-warming hot drinks.

The goal of the pop-up, notes Miles Patzer, is to provide a winter getaway for guests during the doldrums of the winter season.

Some favorite drinks on the 2024 pop-up menu include:

  • Poolside: white rum, banana, maraschino, Blue Curacao, key lime, coconut, pineapple, Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla bitters
  • Cabana: Diplomatico Venezuelan Rum and black rum paired with a concoction of passionfruit, guava, blood orange and bitter spices
  • Is That Parrot Talking Sh*t!?: tequila or mezcal, dark rum, Mexican pomegranate bitters, ginger and grapefruit with key lime, pineapple and house demerara syrup
  • The Dead Don't Die: A potent take on the Zombie with elements of grapefruit, hibiscus and anise (limit one per person!)
