The recent shooting of a Jimmy John's employee who was attempting to deliver a sandwich in Riverwest is a devastating tragedy. The horrendous situation, however, brings up a smaller issue: Is it OK for restaurants to "black line" their delivery maps, and refuse to deliver in neighborhoods with a history of violent crime? Many citizens -- including those who live in Riverwest, Walker's Point, Brewer's Hill and Harambee -- struggled to find restaurants that were willing to deliver before the Riverwest shooting, and now they may have a harder time trying to get door-delivered food. Is this fair?
