Smokin’ Jack’s Bar-B-Que will be popping up for extended service at Point Burger Bar, W229N1400 Westwood Dr. in Pewaukee starting Friday, March 19.

The concept, which debuted last September at the Point Burger Bar on Good Hope Road, is operated by current Jack Holt, Point Burger Bar operations manager and takes inspiration from the styles of barbeque served in Alabama, Kansas, and Texas.

The menu features both meal and a la carte offerings including pork shoulder, ribs, rib tips, beef brisket and smoked chicken along with sides like smoked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, street corn, macaroni and cheese, cornbread and fries. View the full menu online.

Smokin‘ Jack’s Bar-B-Que will also feature collaborations with barbecue pit-masters nationwide.

Meanwhile, a brick-and-mortar location is in the works for fall of 2021 in Milwaukee.

Smokin’ Jack’s Bar-B-Que hours will be Wednesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
