Sprecher's Restaurant & Pub is coming to Bayshore Town Center this fall.

It will be the fourth Sprecher's location in the state; other locations include Madison, Lake Geneva and Wisconsin Dells. The business is owned and operated by Wisconsin natives Kevin and Katy Lederer. 

The Bayshore location will feature a walk-up window where patrons can purchase root beer floats to go.

"We are very excited to bring Sprecher’s Pub to our namesake brewery’s home in Glendale," said Kevin Lederer. "Sprecher Brewing is an icon in the Milwaukee area, particularly in the North Shore, and we always knew that we wanted to open a location here."

The menu will feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients and Sprecher Brewing's gourmet sodas and award-winning craft beers. The restaurant will offer spaces for parties and banquets and operate a full catering business.

It was announced earlier this week that Bayshore Town Center will get another high-profile eatery: 8-Twelve, the culinary venture of Ryan Braun, Aaron Rodgers and SURG Restaurant Group will be opening in October.
