Potawatomi Hotel & Casino announced late last week that have entered into an exclusive partnership with Stone Creek Coffee at their new hotel.
Slated to open on Aug. 18, Stone Creek Coffee at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino will operate next to the reception desk in the hotel lobby and will offer guests freshly brewed specialty coffees, teas and baked goods.
The coffee bar, which will be owned and operated by Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, will be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily serving up coffee, tea, espresso and signature beverages including the cardamom spice latte and Mexican spice mocha.
Complimentary coffee education classes will also be available to hotel guests. Taught by Stone Creek Coffee directors, the classes will include instruction on brewing coffee at home, making espresso and learning more about regions where coffee is grown.
Don Sally, food and beverage director at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino and Eric Resch, owner of Stone Creek coffee, both attribute the success of their partnership to a close alignment in vision and business practices, including mutual support of locally owned and operated businesses.
Stone Creek coffee will also be served in Locavore, the hotel restaurant, and in hotel room service.
