The Stuffed pierogi truck will make its food truck debut during a soft opening on Monday, May 16, from 7 to 9 p.m. outside of Sugar Maple, 441 E. Lincoln Ave. in Bay View.
The truck, which specializes in both traditional and more creative takes on authentic pierogi, is run by husband and wife team, Gosia and Stephen Glazer. Their pierogi debuted on the menu at Dopp’s, 1753 S. 68th St. and will continue to be featured at the West Allis bar and grill.
During the event, customers can to purchase four different types of pierogi in slightly smaller portion sizes with reduced pricing. Offerings will include potato and cheese ($3 for three), sauerkraut and mushroom ($3 for three), braised shortrib ($4 for 3), and Biscoff cookie spread ($2 for two).
Beer pairings for each type of pierogi will also be available at Sugar Maple, so you can grab a handful of your favorite pierogi and enjoy them inside the bar with accompanying brews.
