Fight the FOMO with our guide to the Great Milwaukee Summer. We've got the hottest places to eat, drink, hang out, and all the things you love to do. Brought to you by Geis Garage Doors and UPAF (United Performing Arts Fund)!

You don't realize how much you save on things in your college years until you become a full-fledged adult. However, for one Friday, everyone at Summerfest can feel like they're getting a student discount again.

On Friday, June 27, Summerfest will offer free admission from noon to 3 p.m. as part of Show Your College Pride Day at the festival. The event is in partnership with OnMilwaukee and CW18 & My24.

Anyone arriving to the grounds during that time wearing a shirt or hat from a participating college or university, or students with a valid high school ID, will receive one free admission ticket. Participating colleges include Beloit College, Carroll University, Herzing University, Marquette University, Milwaukee Area Technical College, St. Norbert College, UW-Milwaukee, UW-Parkside, and UW-Whitewater.

Additionally, high school students who start their FAFSA before July 5 will get a code for a free general admission Summerfest ticket. The offer is provided by Milwaukee Education Partnership.

Of course, Show Your College Pride Day is just one of the many Summerfest admission promotions this year. View the full list here via the Summerfest website.

Summerfest will return for three weekends in 2025, taking place from Thursday-Saturday on June 19-21, June 26-28, and July 3-5. Read more about that here.
