In early January, a stuffed bear was left at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport in a Southwest Airlines waiting area.

This prompted an international attempt to find the owner, presumably a child, because this particular bear is given to children who are born with congenital heart defects.

The 5-year-old owner was located after a viral, month-long search and will be reunited with the bear at the airport on Tuesday.

I'm hoping the bear had fun recombobulating and hanging out with other left-behind stuffed toys, but is ready to return to their normal life of providing unconditional love in the form of squishy hugs.
