A new Thai restaurant is slated to open this summer at Bayshore.

Thai Boat Noodles is the name of the restaurant, which will occupy a newly developed 2,168 square foot retail space on the ground level of the Silver Spring Building, 430 W. Silver Spring Dr.

The restaurant will be operated by brother and sister team Eh Kyaw and Aaliyah Winter, who immigrated to the U.S. in 2007 from a small village in Thailand. They came Milwaukee by way of Minnesota.

Thai Boat Noodles will showcase a menu of over 40 items for both dine-in and carry-out, including standards like green and red curry, Pad Thai, Pad Ka Paow, Thai noodle soup and glass noodle salad. Sushi is also expected to be added to the menu as the restaurant gets established.
