The Bridgewater Modern Grill, 2011 S. 1st St., has expanded its brunch service to seven days a week.

Previously, brunch was offered only on the weekend; but now guests can indulge Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. as well as Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Menu items will include favorites like avocado toast, chicken and waffle, a breakfast patty melt and crab cake benedict, as well as new lunch additions like peppercorn seared tuna salad and tempura green beans. And yes, there's a full complement of brunch-worthy cocktails and zero-proof options as well.

But that’s not all. Beginning on Monday, Aug. 21, The Bridgewater Modern Grill’s expansive riverfront patio will also be available to access by boat thanks to the installation of eight new boat slips.

The highly anticipated amenity will allow boat access from the Kinnickinnic River with options to dine inside the restaurant, order online for pick-up via boat or enjoy The Bridgewater’s outdoor bar, lounge area and lawn games.

“We’re thrilled to be expanding our offerings with the addition of the boat slips, as well as weekday brunch,” notes Rik Acken, general manager of The Bridgewater Modern Grill. “We know many will enjoy the luxury of driving their boat right up to our restaurant and experiencing an unparalleled dining experience inside or outside.”

Brunch reservations for The Bridgewater can be booked online.
