Snuggle up with some holiday cheer as OnMilwaukee shares stories of everything merry and bright in the spirit of the season.

The OnMilwaukee Ho Ho Holiday Guide is brought to you by Harley-Davidson Museum and MolsonCoors

Things are getting festive at the J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard at American Family Field. That's thanks to the return of The Tinsel Taproom.

This holiday pop-up is bringing on all the holiday feels with festive accommodations for up to eight guests including festive holiday beverages, food options, board games and holiday music. It’s the perfect spot for girls’ nights, holiday luncheons, gift exchanges, office lunches, family gatherings and more.

Located just inside the Barrel Yard with a view of the pilot brewery, the Tinsel Taproom offers cozy – you guessed it – tinsel-filled quarters with both lounge and table seating, holiday trees and decor and plenty of twinkling holiday lights.

Complementary holiday beverages include the choice of four packages: the Yule Tide Mule (vodka, cranberry, lime and ginger beer); the Fireside Old Fashioned (bourbon, coffee liqueur, maple syrup, Aztec chocolate bitters and toasted marshmallow); The Holiday Spritz (Aperol, cranberry juice, prosecco and orange peel); or the Blackberry Bramble (gin, blackberry puree, lemon and Sprite). Non-alcoholic options can also be substituted. Options include a zero-proof Blackberry Bramble (all the flavor but no gin) or peppermint hot cocoa. All are served in these adorable holiday mugs.

New for 2024, the Tinsel Taproom décor and cheer will extend throughout J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard, allowing patrons to feel the holiday spirit without making an exclusive taproom booking.
