Let's hope it works...

The Brewery District hosts the debut installment of VinterSköl Musik Fest on Saturday, Feb. 15 to help celebrate the nearing of the end of winter with live music at five neighborhood venues beginning at 4 p.m.

There will also be vendors, beer specials, tours and more than a little food on offer at participating venues.

A $15 ticket ($20 at the door/day-of) swings open the doors to Best Place at The Historic Pabst Brewery, Captain Pabst Pilot House, Jackson’s Blue Ribbon Pub, Milwaukee Brewing Company and Nō Studios.

A pre-party at the Captain Pabst Pilot House and Best Place at The Historic Pabst Brewery includes free brewery and beer history tours beginning at noon and is included with each ticket.

Presale tickets on sale now at rebrand.ly/VinterSkol.

"Milwaukee is known as the ‘City of Festivals’ but there’s an absence of festivals in the dreary mid-winter," said Erin Stenum, manager of The Brewery Neighborhood Improvement District No. 1.
