The Women's U.S. National Team will hopefully end this long Fourth of July weekend with an extra dose of patriotic excitement as they take on the Netherlands in the World Cup final for their second straight global championship.

But why watch the big game and drink your invisible tea alone at home when you can who that with fellow fans? Thankfully, a lot of local bars had the same thought and are opening up early on Sunday morning for the 10 a.m. match – plus some other fun bonuses.

Here are 15 places where you should kick it on Sunday for the World Cup final. U.S.A! U.S.A! U.S.A!

1. Nomad World Pub

1401 E. Brady St.
(414) 224-8111

With all that going on, Nomad's got no choice but to shut down Warren Avenue starting at 9 a.m. so people can drink and eat in the street – not to mention party with a DJ set from Fuzzy Logic from 4-8 p.m.

2. Old German Beer Hall

Get there early, however, because they've only got 90 of these tasty collectors items.

Matt Mueller Culture Editor

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
