Under a recent plan, the buildings that formed Swan Furniture and Interiors, 7487 Harwood Ave. in Tosa Village, were to be torn down and replaced with a quartet of townhouses. But that's changed and now the spot will be converted into an events venue by Draft & Vessel's Nat Davauer.
