For Milwaukeeans of our era, the five-story red brick warehouse on the corner of Milwaukee and St. Paul is best known as home to the Erv Julien Shade Shop. But once renovations are complete, 338 N. Milwaukee St. will house two large retail spaces and 31 residential apartments.
