Bacon Mac & Cheese. Bacon smashed sliders. Bacon stuffed meatballs. Bacon rice crispies treats. Bacon jalapeno poppers. Bacon. More bacon. Sound like foods you’d like in your belly? If so, 102.9 The Hog's Baconfest MKE is for you.

The 12th annual event, presented by Farmland and Patrick Cudahy, returns to Potawatomi Casino Hotel on Sunday, Feb. 25 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for another year of meatastic gluttony.

Attendees purchase tickets for one of four sessions which determine entry time and food, drink and swag options. There are two VIP Sessions for $50 each and allow early entry at 10:30 a.m. or 2 p.m. and two regular sessions which are $35 and allow entry at 11 a.m. or 2:30 p.m. For tickets go here.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available. Kids are welcome to attend with an adult, 21 or older, however they require a ticket if they are over 2 years old.

New this year is the Hog Pen which invites guests to meet folks from 102.9 The Hog, eat bacon, play bacon games for prizes and snap pics with Dr. Squealgood.

Baconfest MKE is once again an official qualifying event of the World Food Championships, which means select restaurants will compete to earn a "golden ticket" to participate at the World Food Championships in the Bacon World Championship this November. Last year, Old German Beer Hall and Usinger’s Famous Sausage won with their Bacon, Cheddar and Jalapeno Pepper Usinger Smoked Bratwurst.
