The new Brewers season is here and, with it, a new sense of optimism and hope ... unless you were hoping for the end of exclusively streamed Brewers games. The team announced its broadcast schedule for the fast-approaching 2024 season – yes, complete with two games exclusively broadcast on Apple TV+, including today's spat.
Brewers fans will have to fire up their Apple TV+ subscriptions this season to watch two Friday night Brew Crew games, both on the road: April 12 at 6:05 p.m. against the Baltimore Orioles – Milwaukee's first game against former stud pitcher Corbin Burnes – and May 24 at 6:10 p.m. against the Boston Red Sox. Both games will be exclusively broadcast on the streaming service, making them unavailable to watch elsewhere on TV. For an idea on how to stream these games this season, click here.
As for the rest of the Crew's 2024 schedule, in addition to the two Apple TV+ games, the Brewers will have seven nationally broadcast games hosted on FOX and FS1. Here are the games coming to those two nationwide networks this season:
- Saturday, May 11 vs. St. Louis Cardinals on FOX
- Saturday, June 22 at San Diego Padres on FOX
- Saturday, June 29 vs. Chicago Cubs on FS1
- Saturday, July 6 at Los Angeles Dodgers on FOX
- Saturday, Aug. 17 vs. Cleveland Guardians on FOX
- Wednesday, Aug. 21 at St. Louis Cardinals on FS1
- Saturday, Aug. 31 at Cincinnati Reds on FOX
For most of the season – 155 games, to be exact – the Brewers can be found on their usual TV home on Bally Sports Wisconsin, with 13 Sunday home games simultaneously airing on Telemundo Wisconsin. And of course, every single game – including the Apple TV+ ones – can be found over the radio on WTMJ 620, many complete with the voice of Wisconsin sports and summer Bob Uecker.
