The I-94 rivalry will be back in full swing on Monday, June 11 when the Brewers return home from an eight-game road trip to begin a three-game set against the Chicago Cubs.
This time around, the heated competition on the field will be accompanied by the first-ever Brewers-Cubs Wives Softball Challenge, which will take place at Helfaer Field on Tuesday, June 12. Following the series against the Cubs, the Crew will close out the homestand with three games against the Philadelphia Phillies, beginning on Friday, June 15.
In addition to the Wives Softball Challenge, highlights for the homestand include the first 5-County Friday of the season, a Mini Replica Bullpen Car giveaway and a pair of Theme Nights: Stitch ‘N Pitch on Monday, June 11 and Pack at the Park on Saturday, June 16.
Monday, June 11 vs. Cubs – 7:10 p.m.
The Salvation Army Feed the Kids Summer Meals Program: From 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the Miller Park Tailgate House (rain or shine), Brewers players, wives, front office staff and other community leaders will join The Salvation Army leadership & advisory board members in kicking off the Feed the Kids summer meals program. Guests will prepare 1,800 lunches for The Salvation Army Feed the Kids summer meals program. The program is designed to meet the needs of children in Milwaukee’s underserved neighborhoods.
Stitch ‘N Pitch: The Brewers invite fans to pick up their threads and knit together – literally – at the ballpark with the ever-popular Stitch 'N Pitch ticket package. Fans who purchase this package will receive a yarn-themed Bernie BrewerTM mini-bobblehead.
Prostate Cancer Home Run Challenge: Major League Baseball and the Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF) will host their annual Home Run Challenge initiative with two major goals; increase awareness for the early detection of prostate cancer and to support research to find a cure. During the Home Run Challenge, the Prostate Cancer Foundation invites MLB fans to pledge a donation for every home run hit from June 1 through Father’s Day, June 17. Today, PCF Chairman Mike Milken with throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
Tuesday, June 12 vs. Cubs – 7:10 p.m.
Wives Softball Challenge: To add another layer to the I-94 rivalry – and raise money for a good cause – the wives of the Brewers and Cubs players will face off in the first-ever Brewers-Cubs Wives Softball Challenge at Helfaer Field outside Miller Park at noon. With a Wives Softball Challenge special ticket package, fans will have the opportunity to cheer on the Brewers Wives alongside the players. Along with a ticket to the exhibition, each special ticket package includes a ticket to the Brewers vs. Cubs game that evening, a limited-edition Brewers tumbler and a donation to Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI).

Girl Scout Night: All Girl Scout troops enjoy specially discounted ticket packages as well as have an opportunity to participate in a pregame parade on the field and a scavenger hunt around the ballpark. Scott’s Pitch, Hit & Run Team Championship Competition: This spring, over 600,000 children participated nationwide in Major League Baseball’s free Pitch, Hit & Run program. Prior to the game, the top 12 boy and girl qualifiers from Wisconsin will compete at Miller Park in hopes of advancing to the National Finals at the 2018 Major League Baseball All-Star Game in Washington D.C. Winners from the competition will be recognized on the field during a pre-game presentation.
