"Manitowoc Minute" star and Sconnie comedian Charlie Berens will keep 'er movin' onto the State Fair Main Stage this summer, headlining the late summer spectacular on Wednesday, Aug. 10.
Berens broke out over the past several years with his Midwestern comedy stylings primarily on the popular YouTube series "Manitowoc Minute," lovingly parodying Wisconsin culture, along with other viral videos posted on social media. Berens also does the stand-up comedy circuit in the Midwest – including an upcoming two-night run at the Riverside Theater on April 8-9 – but this will mark his first appearance as a State Fair headlining act.
Tickets for the show will go on sale beginning Thursday, April 7 at 9 a.m. at the Wisconsin State Fair's website. Seating for the show will be reserved, with tickets costing $25, $30 and $40.
With today's announcement, the State Fair lineup currently stands like this:

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
